Your right to choose

It is a little known fact that you can choose where you want your vehicle to be repaired and whilst it is being repaired you have a legal entitlement to a like-for-like replacement vehicle. In other words, you are entitled to have your vehicle repaired through the manufacturers approved repairers to the highest standards and to safeguard any warranty on the vehicle, and also be provided with a car which is the equivalent to your usual vehicle rather than a small courtesy car. With Manor Car Hire you continue to drive the type of vehicle you’re accustomed to.

Who Pays?

Manor Car Hire are the insurers preferred supplier of prestige and sports car hires, therefore on receipt of a new instruction the Manor Car Team will contact the at-fault insurers to confirm liability. Once liability is established we will agree on a suitable vehicle to be provided for the duration of the repairs to negate the need for the client signing credit hire terms. We will then also request that the at-fault insurers authorise the repairs direct to the client’s chosen approved garage, to negate the need for the client paying an excess and claiming via their comprehensive insurance.
